Somehow he thought hiding in the bathroom would make the cops forget about the crack they found.
“A 32-year-old Georgetown man is facing drug charges after police found crack cocaine and paraphernalia in his vehicle in the Georgetown McDonald’s parking lot.
Marco Marin was arrested shortly before 11 a.m. on Aug. 23 when he reportedly refused to leave the bathroom at the fast food restaurant.
After several commands from police, a taser was deployed and Marin was taken into custody, according to Georgetown Police Department spokesman Lt. Lawrence Grose.
Grose said officers were securing Marin’s vehicle due to his arrest when they found a glass pipe, a bag containing crack cocaine and a syringe in the vehicle.
Marin is charged with resisting arrest, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $275 cash bond with a future court date.”
