Man Tries to Avoid DUI Arrest By Locking Self in Car at New Jersey McDonald’s

Trynell T. Foster, 22, of Penns Grove, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license, authorities said.

Foster was stopped in his vehicle in the township McDonald’s parking lot Sunday, April 6, at 1:18 a.m., according to police.

The passenger in the vehicle, identified as Daron V. Mills, 21, of Pedricktown, was charged with allowing an intoxicated individual to operate the vehicle and interfering, police said.

Mills allegedly refused to exit the vehicle and then locked the vehicle doors to prevent the officer from conducting an investigation.

Both Mills and Foster were processed and released, pending further court action.
